How to Make Most Delicious Pancakes

Well, to make pancakes says those tricky. There were pancakes was not swollen, not bulleted lah, right behind ancur, burnt, or even a good shape but it feels not good, hehehe. But in fact if we've got the right recipe and how to cook the right, making it easy to looh pancakes! I love this recipe Standard Pancake, why I say standard? because there are a lot of pancake recipes! PANCAKE STANDARD ** **

Pancake Ingredients:
- 200 grams of cake flour / versatile (I use blue triangles)
- 225 ml of liquid milk
- 25 grams of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pan / flat non-stick skillet

How to Make:


  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir well.
  2. Pour the egg and milk mixture. Stir until well blended and a soft dough with a spatula or hand beater (whisk). Add melted butter, stir again until blended. Allow the dough briefly (about 5 minutes), stirring pancake batter while back to be cooked. 
  3. Heat a pan / skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable pancake batter into a flat non-stick frying pan for 2-5 minutes, until the pancake looks inflated or until the bottom tanned. Flip pancakes until the other side is also tanned. Lift. Allow to cool. 
  4. Serve pancakes with butter, a sprinkling of powdered sugar, a splash of honey, melted chocolate, jam or a variety of fruits to taste. Even added vanilla ice cream was also delicious. 



# NOTE #

- Want a super duper fluffy pancakes? add another 1 teaspoon baking powder in pancake batter recipe, let sit for 10-15 minutes, then stir again when it will be cooked pancake batter until there are bubbles in the dough that disappeared. Pancakes will be super thick! extra delicious! 

-When Want the texture thicker pancakes, pour more pancake batter into pan. But not too much, or later happens ketebelan. It'll actually be like martabak sweet, hehehe.
